Position Overview:


Arbor Therapy is on the lookout for skilled and empathetic speech-language therapists to join our team in delivering community-oriented (home health) services to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in working with both pediatric and adult populations within home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations to identify clients' speech, language, and communication requirements.
  • Design and execute personalized therapy plans aimed at fulfilling clients' objectives.
  • Deliver therapy services in clients' residences, ensuring a secure and comfortable atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate clients' advancement and skill retention.
  • Keep precise and current records of therapy sessions and client development.
  • Offer education and guidance to families and caregivers as necessary.
  • Engage in team discussions and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience with pediatric and adult populations in home health contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
