Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist for Students, you will work with students who are deaf or hard of hearing to evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct intervention to treat speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Administer and screen speech and language assessments
• Screen, evaluate, and write comprehensive reports on evaluated students
• Assist in the development of the IEP
• Consult and participate in the multidisciplinary evaluation team
• Provide direct therapy and instruction to students
• Develop and implement a variety of therapy and instructional strategies
• Consult with staff and parents regarding speech/language needs of the student

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
• Arizona Department of Health Services (AzDHS) Speech-Language Pathology License
• Current Arizona Department of Education Certificate as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Current ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certificate with Certificate (CCC) of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• AHCCCS number for Medicaid billing within four months of hire
• Must be able to pass FBI and State background check of Fingerprint Clearance Card as position requires by policy or Statute
