Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage environmental initiatives to guarantee adherence to applicable regulations
  • Oversee chemical reporting and inventory management
  • Develop and execute strategies for hazardous waste management
  • Ensure compliance with air permits and manage emission reporting
  • Lead compliance efforts regarding Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS)
  • Coordinate NPDES compliance and other environmental projects
  • Facilitate required regulatory training and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an environmental position within the manufacturing sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of EPA regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to a fast-paced environment
