Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring seamless product utilization and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the TV & Film industry, with a strong ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong technical understanding and familiarity with our product portfolio, enabling effective communication of its value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Willingness to travel to conduct on-site visits with customers, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs firsthand.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
