Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Expert to join our team at Ulta Beauty. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized beauty advice to our guests, recommending products and services that meet their needs, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

About the Role: As a Beauty Sales Expert, you will be the face of Ulta Beauty, interacting with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations. You will also partner with management to ensure that guest needs are met, and that our store is well-organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests promptly, making eye contact, and offering assistance when needed.
• Determine each guest's needs and answer questions concerning products and services.
• Partner with management to ensure that guest needs are met and that the store is running smoothly.
• Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to guests based on their individual needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
