Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth across our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to formulate strategic marketing plans that effectively target revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with local teams to develop marketing materials that align with customer objectives and deliver value.
  • Identify and manage local opportunities that can enhance sales revenue at local, regional, and national levels.
  • Track and report on metrics that measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives within the branch and region.
  • Participate in client meetings to present Clear Channel resources and marketing expertise.
  • Assist the Regional Marketing team with communication efforts related to regional program implementation, sharing successes, and best practices.
  • Support corporate marketing initiatives at the branch level while addressing regional requests.
  • Oversee the maintenance of corporate branded marketing materials at the branch level.
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns for the branch, including pre-sales support and campaign maintenance.
  • Assist in the delivery of regionally led sales and marketing training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising with progressive responsibilities.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing client relationships to foster account growth.
  • Collaborative and professional approach to working with diverse customer groups and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations and interpreting data.
  • Adept at assessing situations, conducting root cause analysis, and providing solutions.
  • Capable of developing processes that enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
