Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business submissions, quotes, and premium by executing the following tasks:
  • Make approximately 50 outbound calls daily to retail agents to generate new opportunities, convert leads into submissions, and finalize quotes into binding agreements.
  • Regularly report on sales calls and outcomes.
  • Provide education to clients regarding quoting platforms and available services.
  • Assist in various outbound marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns by delivering relevant content to targeted customer segments.
  • Contribute creative ideas for social media content.
  • Organize and conduct monthly webinars.
  • Support the coordination of customer engagement events and promotional contests.
  • Achieve daily submission targets and communicate progress.
  • Analyze web and phone quoting activities to identify trends, both positive and negative, and address these trends with clients and the team.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the Regional Sales Manager to discuss strategies, training, and sales challenges.
  • Pursue ongoing education and obtain relevant insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the training program, which will require self-directed study.

Travel Requirements

  • Approximately 80% of the role involves phone interactions with clients.
  • Some overnight travel may be necessary for training sessions and annual conferences.
  • This position is not remote.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent business experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • A motivated, results-oriented sales mindset.
  • Willingness to accept coaching and strive for continuous improvement.
