ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver exceptional, professional services tailored to the individual needs of each client. Recommend suitable hair, nail, and facial products and services, while educating guests on home care and the advantages of additional treatments.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Provide the highest standard of treatment and service.
  • Collaborate with the Spa therapy team to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for clients, promoting relaxation and balance.
  • Adhere to scheduled treatment times and follow established procedures for all services.
  • Maintain a fully stocked and organized work area daily.
  • Complete a comprehensive training program upon hiring to master all signature services within the first month.
  • Ensure each guest receives a completed service prescription form after every treatment.
  • Aim to achieve a minimum of 15% in retail sales consistently.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards for product usage to minimize waste.
  • Set up the service area according to established protocols and manage laundry disposal efficiently.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of products and services to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated and professional in appearance.
  • Knowledgeable about State Board sanitation and sterilization standards.
  • Licensed Hair Stylist with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Proven background in sales and client recommendations.
  • Team-oriented and dependable.
  • High standards of personal integrity and values.
  • Exceptional client care and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to enhance technical skills through ongoing training.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible and cooperative in a team environment.
  • Additional qualifications as a Make-up Artist or Nail Technician are advantageous.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Operates in a spa and retail setting with minimal exposure to dust and noise.
  • May require flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
