Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit enthusiasm for Nike products and services.
  • Show eagerness to learn all aspects of store roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom duties.
  • Provide exceptional service and attention to all customers.
  • Assist the team in executing daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store operations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Actively participate in store community events.
  • Demonstrate reliability and flexibility by adapting to varied hours and days to meet business needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of various store departments and perform tasks such as operating the cash register, shipping and receiving, stocking, cleaning, and creating visual displays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
