As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members, while also developing and refining your skills as a fitness professional.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Build and maintain a strong client base, with a focus on delivering personalized fitness programs and services.
- Client Engagement: Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Program Development: Create and coach personalized fitness programs for both in-person and virtual clients, using a variety of techniques and modalities to ensure maximum results.
- Scheduling and Operations: Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems.
- Marketing and Sales: Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Certifications: Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
- Education: Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and colleagues.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer and technology skills, with the ability to navigate our internal systems and software.
- Compensation: Competitive compensation package, including hourly pay and session-based pay.
