About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team at Advantage Home Care. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, staff members, and community resources.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and field staff, addressing all requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on state, federal, and business regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to branch and corporate staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
  • Contact employee applicants and complete onboarding processes in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Coordinate new client referrals and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Work closely with the Service Coordinator to ensure branch staffing needs are met, ensuring adequate coverage and support.
  • Collect and review paper documentation submitted by field staff, submitting it to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and client medical records, both electronic and paper files.
  • Order office supplies for the branch, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate with the branch manager regarding any issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and resolution.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all private business information and protected health information.
  • Participate in special department projects as needed, and attend state-held in-service trainings and meetings as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience, preferably in a customer service or care coordination role.
