Job Title: Home Care Aide
About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Aide to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. As an In-Home Aide, you will work closely with patients, following a one-on-one care plan, and build genuine relationships with those you serve.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with mobility, including ambulation, transfers, and bed mobility
- Assist with bathing and showering
- Assist with toileting
- Assist with dressing
- Assist with eating
- Assist with continence needs
Requirements:
- High school graduation or GED required
- 18 years or older
- Must be listed and in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel registry
- Able to read, write, and follow instructions
- Evidence of sympathetic attitude toward caring for the elderly
- Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands
- Good verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and career advancement opportunities.
