Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in person, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Collect demographic and insurance information, ensuring accurate and timely registration.
- Verify eligibility and benefits information for payers, interpreting results to ensure seamless care.
- Collect co-pay or deductibles, responding to questions regarding financial assistance programs.
- Use resources and tools to complete accounts in assigned work queues, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of customer service experience in an office/hospital setting.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Ability to work 8 hour day and/or evening shifts, 28 hours per week.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Revenue Cycle Experience.
- General office experience.
- Epic experience.
