About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized shopping experiences. You'll work closely with your team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that our merchandise is well-organized and easily accessible to customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to drive sales and brand loyalty.

You'll Bring to the Role
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
