Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Design and execute marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility of Altoona Nursing and Rehabilitation Center within the community.
- Produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to showcase the facility's offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach events and health fairs to promote the facility.
- Management of Admissions Processes:
- Oversee the admissions workflow from initial contact to residency, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for potential residents and their families.
- Conduct tours of the facility, provide detailed information about services, and address inquiries from prospective residents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure timely and accurate processing of admission documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to prepare for new resident arrivals.
- Data Tracking and Analysis:
- Maintain precise records of inquiries, tours, admissions, and marketing efforts.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, occupancy statistics, and other critical performance metrics.
- Regularly update the leadership team on marketing and admissions progress.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver outstanding service and support to prospective residents and their families throughout the admissions journey.
- Promptly address any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up with recent admissions and referral sources to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work in partnership with the Regional Operations and Nursing Teams to align with facility objectives and address operational needs.
- Assist facility staff with marketing-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions and planning.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or admissions, ideally within a healthcare or long-term care environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and managing admissions processes.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle various responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems or marketing software.
- Adept at analyzing data, preparing reports, and making informed decisions based on metrics.
- State Compliance:
- Understanding of state regulations and industry standards pertinent to nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
- Willingness to obtain any necessary state-specific certifications or licenses.
