About the Role:
Hobby Lobby is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to lead our store team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate store team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales goals and implementing store strategies.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Trustworthy and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Previous work experience and management experience preferred.
