As a Registered Nurse in our Orthopedic Clinic, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to our organization's ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and policies. You will coordinate and facilitate healthcare services for patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Your expertise and skills will be essential in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, prioritizing essential patient needs and available resources.
- Provide nursing interventions safely and competently, educating patients and families on health promotion and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Identify and address patient lifestyle risk factors, promoting healthy behaviors and self-care practices.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, contributing to the development and implementation of professional nursing standards.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire
- Basic Life Support required at hire
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Ambulatory care nursing experience
- Primary nursing or case management experience
- Bachelor of science in Nursing (BSN)
