As a Registered Nurse in our Orthopedic Clinic, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to our organization's ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and policies. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to coordinate and facilitate healthcare services for patients, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans, prioritizing essential patient needs and available resources.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of patient responses to care, anticipating and recognizing changes in patient status and need for nursing care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
- Identify and address patient lifestyle risk factors, integrating health promotion and preventive aspects of care into patient plans.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, contributing to the development and implementation of professional nursing standards.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience.
- Primary nursing or case management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
