Job Title: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud architectures, creating and maintaining Salesforce Roadmaps, and providing technical leadership and assistance to projects outside of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements.
  • Review solutions and recommend improvements.
  • Own the design of Salesforce and other solutions.
  • Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
  • Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
  • Define and maintain the overall application and platform architecture for the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and assistance to projects outside of Salesforce as identified by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
  • Marketing experience/education preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar training/certifications preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • 12+ years of IT and business experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and architectural frameworks.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience applying systems thinking to create documentation, technical models, reference architecture, whitepapers, and presentations for use by all levels of management, functional, and technical staff.
  • Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce Roadmaps.
