About the Role

The University of Providence seeks a seasoned advancement professional to serve as the Vice President for University Advancement, Marketing and Communications. This key leadership position will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive program of fundraising and marketing that aligns with the University's strategic objectives and Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the University's institutional fund raising efforts, enhancing alumni relations and fostering effective marketing, public relations, and communications.
  • Develop and implement a vision for Advancement that keeps pace with the University's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the senior leadership team's thinking on evolutions in marketing and communications, and apply them to the University.
  • Direct the planning and administration of a comprehensive program of fundraising and marketing.
  • Provide strategic direction for the Advancement, Marketing, and Communications of the University.
  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for foundation, alumni affairs, scholarship and stewardship, public relations, and communications.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in advancement and marketing, with a deep understanding of Catholic values and mission. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
