Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and execute catering events with precision and attention to detail
  • Merchandise the Cafe with grab-and-go products to meet customer demands
  • Maintain MicroMarts to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Prepare and package food for satellite locations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with Health Department regulations at all times
  • Monitor food temperatures and maintain accurate records
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures and point-of-sale transactions
  • Collaborate effectively with production, serving, and custodial teams to achieve seamless operations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of catering experience
  • Minimum 2 years of volume food service experience
  • Minimum 2 months of POS and cash handling experience
  • Able to lift 60+ pounds, stand for 8 hours with lunch and breaks, walk 1 mile, push and pull 50-pound carts
  • Knowledge of Health Department food safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable of highest quality standards in food service
  • Ability to handle exposure to hot foods, steam, and hot appliances on a daily basis
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees
  • High degree of motivation, conscientiousness, organization, and detail orientation
  • Must be highly productive, flexible, and able to multi-task
  • Has a passion for serving customers
