Job Title: Cashier/Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at GPM Investments LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash bins.
  • Cash Handling: Efficiently manage the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations and achieve sales goals.
  • Facility Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, including window washing and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 years of age or older in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
