Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service Expertise: Greet customers with a smile, offer assistance, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  2. Sales Floor Management: Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  3. Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Master the art of recommending products that complement customers' purchases, enhancing their shopping journey and contributing to sales goals.
  4. Brand Ambassador: Champion our brand by encouraging customers to join our loyalty rewards program, highlighting exclusive benefits and personalized offers.
  5. Cash Handling: Efficiently manage the cash register, handle transactions with accuracy, and maintain a seamless financial flow.
  6. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and inviting store.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, lending a hand wherever needed.
Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (21 in certain states).
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
