Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued customers. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage room assignments and ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room inventory
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
