Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Entertainment Production Manager to join our team at LEGOLAND Parks. As a key member of our Entertainment Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and execution of live shows and events throughout the park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production of live shows and events, including coordinating with performers, technical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Show Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of new shows and events, including scriptwriting, set design, and technical requirements.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of shows and events, including rehearsals, setup, and strike.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between performers, technical staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all shows and events meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and entertainment value.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of production assistants and coordinators to support the production of live shows and events.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of one year experience in stage management or a related field, preferably in a theme park or live event production environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions. Must be able to lift and move equipment as needed.
