Position Overview
The Financial Analyst will assist the Director of Structured Finance in securing capital for Fervo Energy's innovative geothermal initiatives. This role encompasses project equity, project debt, tax credit monetization, and various public financing avenues.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain financial models essential for financing transactions and internal assessments.
- Analyze and propose structuring options and financing alternatives.
- Create marketing presentations (teasers, CIMs) and aid in the outreach and selection of financing partners.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams (development, construction, operations, finance) and manage external stakeholders, including financial advisors and legal consultants, while overseeing project data rooms.
- Support Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations and provide analytical assistance for potential commercial development opportunities, especially in emerging markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential project financing options, including debt and equity structures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; preferred fields include finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations, ideally within a renewable energy firm or investment banking.
- Proven ability to comprehend financial concepts and proficiently manipulate, reconcile, and summarize extensive datasets.
- Experience in structuring debt or equity for infrastructure assets is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset, capable of planning, adapting, and executing tasks independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by excellent organizational capabilities.
