Job Summary

The Enhanced Care Management Clinical Consultant is a key role at Penny Lane Centers, responsible for ensuring the operational success of the Enhanced Care Management Program. This position requires a strong background in community-based programming, with a focus on coordination and oversight of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Penny Lane programs, community organizations, and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Develop and implement program strategies to meet the needs of the population served.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective care coordination and management.
  • Ensure compliance with contracted Managed Care Plans and Joint Commission standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including County representatives and community partners.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in behavioral sciences.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in community behavioral health.
  • Strong background in case management and experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license and clean driving record.
What We Offer

Penny Lane Centers offers a competitive salary range of $89,000 to $107,953 per year, with an additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential. Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits effective the first of the month upon hire.
