Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pyschologist to join our team at Staff Today Inc. as a Mental Health Professional.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including assessments and diagnostic testing, to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices and techniques to promote positive behavioral change.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and provide emergency support to clients in crisis.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervision and consultation with senior clinicians to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in mental health, and apply this knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic role.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
