Providence Health & Service is seeking a highly skilled NICU Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane. As a NICU SLP, you will provide developmentally appropriate assessments and interventions to infants in the NICU or special care nurseries who are at risk or identified with communication, cognition, feeding, and/or swallowing disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric rehabilitation and experience working with medically fragile infants. You will work collaboratively with a neonatal team that includes other clinicians across disciplines, nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcome for our patients.

Required qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed SLP
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a NICU or with medically fragile infants
