Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager of Nursing PRN is responsible for overseeing patient flow and managing clinical operations across the facility. This role involves collaboration with the Patient Care Services Director to ensure effective supervision of nursing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume accountability for patient movement and clinical supervision.
- Support Patient Care Managers through regular rounding focused on enhancing Patient Perception of Care.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
Licensure: Must hold a current Registered Professional Nurse license in Connecticut.
Experience: A minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting is required. Management experience of 1-3 years is preferred, along with certification from a National Specialty Organization.
Skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse workforce, manage multiple priorities, and foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
