Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team in Worthington, OH. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties
  1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues related to employee benefits
  2. Providing information and guidance on benefits and coverage options
  3. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare and benefits administration, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
