About the Role

As a Healthcare Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to Inquiries: Field phone calls, emails, and in-person visits from members seeking assistance with their healthcare needs.
  • Navigate Healthcare Systems: Utilize your knowledge of healthcare insurance to help members understand their benefits, resolve claim issues, and find nearby healthcare providers.
  • Solve Problems Proactively: Identify and address potential issues before they become major concerns, ensuring a positive experience for our members.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Strong emotional intelligence to provide empathetic solutions, ensuring member health and safety.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year depending on location and experience.
