Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist Office Administrator to join our team at BoomZeal Enterprises, Inc.

About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist Office Administrator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling jobs for technicians, and performing administrative office duties. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client calls and provide solution-oriented responses to service inquiries
  • Schedule jobs for technicians and manage the day-to-day workflow
  • Primary contact for field technicians calling in for assistance
  • Make outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments
  • Own client concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Daily Invoice Review, Estimate Follow-Up, and A/R Collections
  • Administrative Office work and Marketing tasks
Requirements
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn software applications
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Obsessed with details and accuracy
