About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Table Games Dealer to join our team at Hollywood Casino St. Louis. As a key member of our gaming team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games
  • Follow game procedures and protocols for various table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other forms or variations
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at assigned table(s)
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as state regulations
  • Perform accurate chip and cash transactions
  • Receive wagers from customers and pay the appropriate game outcomes
  • Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times
  • Assist customers in understanding the rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous casino dealing experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Six months of experience in a customer service field preferred
  • Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition displaying adequate dealing skills
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
  • Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and mobility to move easily around the pit area and entire property for the entire shift
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
