Salary

Base salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient dealing at assigned table games. This includes following game procedures, receiving wagers from customers, and paying out game outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining game security, protecting company assets, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be able to respond calmly under pressure, and make rational decisions in stressful situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous casino dealing experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Six months of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition displaying adequate dealing skills.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations.
  • Must possess good manual dexterity and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
