Field Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in North America.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and computer systems experience, as well as high-level diagnostic skills. Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems, or mechatronics is required.
- Support customers across North America by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing company equipment with high quality.
- Complete basic retrofits, software installations, and customer training.
- Work independently to resolve technical problems and maintain good relationships with customers.
Compensation: The estimated hourly pay range for this position is between $30-$36.53, based on experience.
Relocation Package: A generous 10k-15k relocation package is available for suitable candidates willing to relocate for the position.
Requirements:
- Two-year technical degree in engineering or related field preferred, or combination of training and work experience.
- Strong electrical and computer systems experience and high level of diagnostic skills.
- Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems, or mechatronics required.
- Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Travel: 100% travel within North America to support customers will be required. Occasional overnights as needed.
