Job Summary:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs
  • Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed
  • Ensure that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and address any issues as they arise
