**Job Title:** Diesel Equipment Technician

**Location:** Stivers Automotive Group

We are looking for an experienced Diesel Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles with efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Automotive Technician and hold a valid driver's license. Ford certification or diesel experience is a plus.

**Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description:

You will diagnose and repair diesel engine issues, transmission problems, and other automotive system malfunctions. You will also provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs and explain mechanical diagnoses in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all repairs are completed to dealership and/or Ford standards. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical and prescription coverage, employee recognition programs, and hands-on management support.
