Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Hospice Clinical Team Lead to oversee the coordination of hospice services for our patients. This role involves reviewing and approving patient information submitted by licensed professionals, assisting with patient care review meetings, and providing oversight of patient care. The successful candidate will also assist the branch director with day-to-day office and staff management related to patient care.

Responsibilities

Requirements
