Responsibilities- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

- Manage Service Calls: Track and manage service calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Represent the Company: Serve as the direct customer contact for our products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
- Display Team Effort: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight work.
- Keep Management Informed: Keep the management team informed about customer satisfaction, potential sales opportunities, and recurring problems.
- Perform Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- US Work Authorization: Must have valid US work authorization.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and typically 2+ years of experience in HVAC is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including a general knowledge of electronics and ability to review plans, diagrams, and flow charts.
- Physical Demands: This position requires regular use of hands, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 lbs.
- Environmental Conditions: This role may involve exposure to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, noisy operating equipment, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.
- Soft Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to learn and grow quickly. Must be capable of working independently or in a team, confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities, and ability to travel and work overtime/weekend as needed.
