Job Summary:

Hamilton Ryker is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team in the geospatial services field. As a CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and modifying maps for various projects, including topographic, utility, and subdivision surveys. You will also perform office calculations, check field data accuracy, and prepare computations and reports for project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify maps for topographic, utility, and subdivision surveys
Perform office calculations and check field data accuracy
Prepare computations and reports for project managers
Research property/title, recorded survey maps, and utility records
Set up and prepare stakeout information for construction projects

Requirements:

Transitioning Service Member (required)
Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
