Salary and Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Performing multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment
  • Inspecting store facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper working order
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
