As a Client Technologies Technician at Raag Solutions, you will be responsible for building and deploying desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Desktop Deployment Toolkit. Your tasks will include ensuring the BitLocker encryption key is successfully stored in Active Directory, installing Microsoft System Center Client on each device, and verifying that all software listed on the build sheet is installed correctly.
Additional DutiesYou will also be responsible for ensuring each device stays connected to the NTS network for at least 2.5 hours after build completion and documenting each device in AM Cloud, Active Directory, and the Drakewell spreadsheet in accordance with the PC Support Drakewell-IAM procedure manual.
Requirements- Build desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft Desktop Deployment Toolkit.
- Ensure BitLocker encryption key is successfully stored in Active Directory.
