Insurance Account Manager

The role of Insurance Account Manager at Big I South Carolina is to provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, handling their inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Update policies for existing clients, provide quotes, take payments, answer questions, and offer documentation.
- Handle customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies, including regular and after-hours claims.
- Work with new clients or assist producers in understanding their needs, gathering necessary data, researching policy options, presenting options, finalizing and binding new coverage, canceling old policies, and negotiating with carriers when necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Hold a valid insurance license and have a minimum of two years commercial lines insurance account management experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of insurance products and usage, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage and maintain assigned clients and prospects.
**Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year**
