About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our Aviation market sector, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S. and abroad.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative design solutions within project parameters
  • Prepare and coordinate project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors
  • Provide leadership to staff and manage client relations
  • Function as a team lead, working on multiple projects
  • Assist with project scheduling and technical solution development
  • Lead project studio team members and provide mentorship
  • Resolve issues between project, design, and technical objectives
  • Execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant documents
Qualifications
  • NAAB-accredited architecture degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of commercial design experience, with aviation experience preferred
  • Revit proficiency and technical excellence
  • Understanding of building codes and constructability
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors
  • Interest in sustainable design
  • Professional registration
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and flexible attitude
