**About the Role**

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric clients in a home health setting. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our team to assess, evaluate, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills and overall quality of life for our young patients.

**Responsibilities**

* Assess and evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric clients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication deficits and promote functional speech skills
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology Assistant
* Licensed to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Texas
* Experience in pediatrics and bilingualism a plus, but not required
