About the Job

Supported Living Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Manager to join our team. As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with brain injuries in a live-in setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the physical and emotional well-being of assigned clients
  • Provide transportation to and from vocational settings and medical appointments
  • Assist with meal preparation, financial management, and general upkeep of the residence
  • Ensure a safe and clean living environment at all times
  • Provide medication reminders and report any changes in condition

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain ILST certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to the health and well-being of others
  • Flexibility and ability to work as a team
  • Desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities
