Industry Principal

Join Vistex as an Industry Principal and build a strategic partnership with our clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide industry expertise and thought leadership to our prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Assess current Go-to-Market (GTM) practices compared to best practice and the competition.
• Provide strategic GTM strategy and program assessments, roadmaps, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure that Vistex GTM software solutions fully support best practice GTM strategies, tactics, and workflows for their designated industry sector.

As an Industry Principal, you will engage with clients to identify pain points and assess opportunities to enhance GTM strategy, workflows, and infrastructure. You will work closely with our sales team to turn high-probability leads into qualified opportunities and close deals.

You will also provide industry-specific guidance to our product management team, assess competitive offerings, and communicate functional requirements regarding Vistex GTM software solutions.

You will support our sales and services teams with RFPs, demonstrations, presentations, and deal strategy as required. You will provide industry expertise and direction and participate in client meetings as necessary.

Your role will involve providing knowledge transfer to our sales and consulting teams and coaching them in best industry practices to demonstrate and configure Vistex solutions.

You will represent Vistex as a thought leader in the industry, presenting at industry events, conducting webinars, writing white papers, and blogs, and participating in industry group discussions via social media.

You will also provide guidance to our analytics team with regard to industry-specific GTM performance standards and metrics to ensure that reporting, dashboarding, and analytics projects reflect industry terminology and KPIs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of current technology trends, major players, and market-shaping forces.
• Sound understanding of requirements of the assigned industry segment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
