About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our Commercial Risk team as an Account Specialist. In this hybrid role, you will assist Account Executives and Associate Account Executives on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking client-facing and internal activities related to these processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Perform submission assembly and creation, facilitating the timely and accurate flow of information between clients and account team members.
  • Handle client open items lists and respond to client ad-hoc requests.
  • Gather and analyze data to draft stewardship reports and other presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and circumstances.
  • Support and monitor the renewal process, drafting quote comparisons and following up for binders, policies, and endorsements.
  • Collaborate with Premium Accounting on client billing matters and serve as a key client liaison for various client-related activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections, addressing and resolving problems as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
  • Previous commercial insurance experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty brokers license preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
