Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $250,000 to $300,000. The base salary for the first year is $200,000, followed by an increase in the second year based on RVU performance. Additionally, you will receive a sign-on stipend, relocation assistance, and loan repayment benefits.

Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for board-certified or eligible physicians who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to adolescents. As a pediatrician at The Physician Empire, you will have the chance to work in a traditional clinic setting, interacting with patients and their families. You will be responsible for attending C-sections, nursery rounds, and providing comprehensive medical care to your patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for pediatrics, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. Board certification or eligibility is required, as well as a valid visa (J1 2021 or 2022).
